Anne Gunby brings her years as a social worker in meeting the needs of her clients in a personal and professional manner. As a social worker she was trained to meet the needs of all individuals without regard to race, age or social status and how to be resourceful advocator.  

As your real estate agent, Anne will work for you.  Whether you are buying, selling, or renting, she will work tirelessly to promote your best interests. If you are selling, she will work with you to get you the fairest price, in the least amount of time, by using available technology, team collaboration, and negotiating skills. If you are buying, she will work hard to provide you with the best information and market data to inform and assist you so you can be a well-equipped buyer with the strongest possible negotiating position.

Anne understands that buying and selling real estate can be stressful. As a full-time real estate agent, she will work to minimize your stress level and make your experience as pleasurable as possible. Communication and accessibility are key factors in making the transactions possible. 

Anne has been in the Greenwood area since 1978. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Spelman College and Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development from Webster University. She shares her time as a volunteer with Bowers Rodgers Children’s Home, the enjoys sharing her time as a volunteer the Board of Architecture Review, President Elect of the Greenwood Association of Realtors, the State Grievance Committee, President of the Little River Congress of Christian Education, past Secretary of the Bowers Rodgers Children’s Home and the Salvation Army.  

She’s a member of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church. 

When not assisting clients, Anne enjoys spending time with her husband of 46 years, their two children Keisa and Kyle and two grandsons, Keaton and Kebly.
