Greenwood native having graduated Greenwood High School, Piedmont Technical College with an Associate Degree in Business Administration; BS Degree in Business Administration, Southern Wesleyan University and MS Degree in Human Resources Development, Clemson University.

Holloway has been employed with Lonza for the past seven years and formerly employed with Fuji Film for twenty four years.

She is happily married to Roderick Holloway.
