Once introduced to world of real estate, Wendy took off running in 2003. Her desire is to help improve quality of life and help others to achieve their dreams by giving an ear to their wants and needs. She is dedicated to meeting the client’s needs through personal integrity, market knowledge, and outstanding negotiating skills.

Wendy is a lifelong resident of Greenwood and has been married to Craig for over 33 years. They have two children, Alexis and Craig, Jr with four grandchildren. She has done further studies at Piedmont Technical College earning the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Accredited Buyer’s Representative Designations. She is a past volunteer with Connie Maxwell Children’s Home and a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Coronaca.

Her free time is spent with her four grandchildren, shopping, volunteering at Mt. Zion, riding bikes and traveling.
