Hilda’s extensive industry knowledge extends beyond real estate sales. She spent six years in mortgage lending, serving as a Mortgage Loan Officer for four years with 1st Home Equity and two years with Emerald Mortgage of Greenwood. This valuable background allows her to provide clients with a deeper understanding of the financing process, helping make transactions smoother and less stressful.

Throughout her career, Hilda has also served as a Closing Coordinator for Waterview Sales and spent more than eight years as a Broker-in-Charge, overseeing transactions and supporting agents with professionalism and attention to detail. Her broad experience gives her a unique perspective on every aspect of the real estate process, from contract to closing.

Family is one of Hilda’s greatest joys. She is the proud mother of Stacy and Robert and a devoted grandmother of eight. Her strong family values shape the way she serves her clients—with honesty, compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help people make informed decisions.
